About Us

Why? some may ask as to why we started this blog and how we came up with the name. We believe that the name speaks for itself, Customer Service Voice.  We started this blog due to the poor customer service that is out there today. I know that there is also poor customers as well. But come on people the customer service we get today for the most part is very SAD to say the least.

Most mom and pops shops still have wonderful customer service, as they know that it takes your wonderful customer service in order to keep the customers coming back. Most larger companies do not stand behind their customer service quality anymore, as they offer excuses as to why the correct customer service wasn't offered in the first place. 

Websites is another place where there is even less quality for customer service. As you are not dealing with a person face to face. It is so much easier to reply poorly or even not at all, when you are behind a computer screen.

Products are just pushed out there more than they used to be. As it comes down to the dollar more than the quality of the item.

This blog offers our true personal experiences and opinions on the products, website & companies that have been submitted. We do not offer slander to any company, website or product that may hit our blog/site. We are just exercising our Freedom of speech and our right to share our experiences and opinions. 

We hope that our blog/site is helpful to others in some way. May it be to just be to share their own voice, or to view what others may have thought or experienced.
